What we collect

When you contact us through the site, we collect the details you give us: usually your name, phone number, email address and what your business does. We use these to respond to your enquiry and, if you become a client, to deliver our services.

Analytics and advertising tools

This site uses Google Tag Manager to load Google Analytics 4, Google Ads conversion tracking, Meta (Facebook) conversion tracking and Microsoft Clarity. These tools use cookies and similar technologies to record how visitors use the site: pages viewed, interactions, approximate location and device type. We use this to understand what works, to measure our own advertising, and to improve the site. We do not use it to identify you personally.

If you would rather not be tracked, you can block cookies in your browser, use Google's Analytics opt-out add-on, or adjust your ad settings with Google and Meta.

Who we share data with

We do not sell your data. It is shared only with the service providers needed to run the site and respond to you (analytics, advertising platforms, email), each under their own privacy terms.

How long we keep it

Enquiry details are kept for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any business relationship that follows. Email us and we will delete them.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time by emailing team@jinmedia.agency. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.
